12. Return Policy

All participants who register on Campus FCBarcelona- SPORT and who for non-medical reasons wish to cancel such registration, the refund of the registration fee or all of it will be refunded according to the following parameters:

  • 100% refund if cancellation is requested more than 30 days after the start of the campus. In this case will be charged 60 euros of cancellation expenses.
  • 50% refund if cancellation is requested between 30 and 15 days after the start of the campus.
  • No refund if cancellation is requested with less than 14 days at the start of the campus.

Exceptions:

For serious illness or trauma presenting the certified medical leave, 100% of the amount paid will be returned, provided the participant has not started the campus.
Once started the campus would be charged 20 euros per day in expenses of maintenance and management.
